CHECK LIST  
  • Provide faxed lasers for each page in file indicate head or top of page when back up is unique).
  • Include all fonts (printer and screen).
  • Raster images (photo) should be at appropriate resolution (at least 300 dpi) when placed.
  • Resolution for vector (line art or text) should be at least 800 dpi.
  • When printing in 4/color process, convert all RGB images to CMYK.
  • Create PDF's in all black or CMYK mode.
  • Designate all spot colors consistently throughout document (same color, same name).
  • Create all files at final trim size; do not place in larger document.
  • Add bleeds where applicable.
  • Include all spot varnish files where applicable.
  • Include all die strike files where applicable.
